1. Placing an Order

You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase and permission to use the payment method submitted. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and review the order before confirming payment.

An automated acknowledgment records receipt of your order request. Acceptance occurs when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, subject to any earlier acceptance required by applicable law. We will not retain payment for an order we cannot fulfill without arranging the appropriate refund.

2. Product Information & Availability

Product listings describe the selected item, available options, and relevant specifications. Check dimensions, capacity, materials, and package contents before purchasing. Styling items and food pictured are not included unless the listing states otherwise.

Screen settings and lighting can affect displayed colors, and natural materials may vary. These variations do not excuse significant misdescription or defective goods.

If an item becomes unavailable or a material listing error is discovered, we will contact you about the affected order. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

3. Prices, Taxes & Promotions

The amount payable is the total presented for review at checkout, including the charges collected by the store. Additional import charges depend on the delivery terms disclosed for the order and applicable destination requirements.

Promotions apply only under their published conditions. Any restrictions on dates, qualifying items, minimum spend, or combination with other offers should be disclosed with the offer.

If an obvious pricing or calculation error affects an order, we will explain it and offer an appropriate choice, including cancellation and a refund where payment has been taken.

4. Payment & Verification

Use an authorized payment method offered at checkout. A payment provider may request verification or decline a transaction. Where an order requires additional review, we may ask for reasonable, proportionate information to resolve the issue.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or one-time authentication codes to customer support. Provider-specific fees and payment-processing timelines are governed by the relevant provider's terms.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

Processing and delivery information disclosed before purchase forms part of the order information. Delivery estimates are not a waiver of rights where a shipment is late, lost, or not fulfilled.

If the promised shipment period cannot be met, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where due. We remain responsible for addressing delivery problems to the extent required by law and the applicable delivery terms.

Notify us promptly of an address error or delivery problem so we can investigate. We will explain and obtain agreement to any reasonable additional reshipping charge caused by incorrect customer-supplied information.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. The ability to stop fulfillment depends on the order status and applicable rights.

Our voluntary change-of-mind return period is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy. That period does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. We will not replace a legally required monetary refund with store credit without your agreement.

7. Kitchen Product Use & Care

Use each item for its stated purpose and follow its supplied instructions. Appliance suitability, heat limits, and cleaning methods vary between products and components.

• Do not assume that wooden handles or lids are suitable for oven or microwave use.
• Observe the stated limits for cookware coatings, silicone parts, glass, and heat-protective textiles.
• Do not use broken glass, cracked ceramics, or cookware that appears unsafe.
• Keep sharp tools and other potentially hazardous kitchen items out of children's reach.

Failure to follow instructions may affect a claim where it caused the problem, but does not remove rights relating to an unrelated product defect.

8. Responsibility & Consumer Protections

We are responsible for losses and remedies to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or other mandatory consumer protections.

We do not guarantee that every product suits an undisclosed specialist, commercial, or industrial purpose. If you require a particular use or specification, contact us before purchasing and obtain confirmation.

9. Complaints & Disputes

Please contact us with the order number, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the information and communicate the available resolution.

These terms do not require you to waive access to a competent court, regulator, payment-provider dispute process, or any other remedy available under applicable law. No provision is intended to deprive you of mandatory protections available in your place of residence.

10. Changes & Interpretation

We may update these terms for future transactions. The terms disclosed when an order is placed continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or separately agreed.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply where legally possible. More specific order information prevails on its subject to the extent permitted by law; mandatory legal rights always remain unaffected.
